Q. Who are you?
I’m Rowan Ambrose of Vivid Peaks Copywriting. Passionate writer, gardener and explorer!
Q. Is a face-to-face meeting essential?
No, my copywriting and content writing services can all be done online.
Q. Do I have to pay anything up front?
Yes, we agree the project details and total price. Then I’ll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit.
Q. What is your working process?
After we have a free 30 minute discovery chat over Zoom, I’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire about the work. I can give you a quote once you return this to me. After you’ve signed our agreement and paid the 50% deposit, I’ll start your project. Exciting times!
Q. Will I be given a timeline?
Yes. The minimum turnaround time is two weeks.
Q. What if I don’t like the copywriting?
I’ll write a second draft. This can be a rewrite or just the changes you ask for.
Q. How do you send the work?
I’ll send you an e-mail attachment.
Q. What about invoicing and payment?
If you’ve not asked for a second draft, I’ll invoice after 10 days. And then the work belongs to you. Congratulations!
Preferred payment is through bank transfer, thank you.
